Chef Ashley Davis

Chef Ashley Davis believes in the power of food to create community, a principle she upholds at The Park. Inspired by childhood memories of cooking homemade desserts with her mother, Ashley’s passion for the culinary arts blossomed early on.


Her formal training began at The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, where she worked alongside top chocolatiers at the NYC Chocolate Show. She further honed her skills at a New Jersey bakery, participating in the New Jersey Wine and Food Festival and hosting a dinner at the James Beard House.

Ashley’s career soared as the pastry chef at Dean & Deluca in New York City, where she developed their signature pastry line. Her role expanded to menu development for catering, creating desserts for various high-profile events. Now at Table & Banter, Ashley combines her love for desserts with the mission to foster health and community. She is dedicated to delivering joy-filled desserts that complement the fresh, healthy dining options, whether guests are enjoying a fine dining experience or taking a meal home.
