Rocco Petriello’s passion for the hospitality industry was inspired by his grandparent’s love for making people happy through wonderful food-centric experiences. With 17 years of experience, Rocco brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his role as Director of Food and Beverage at Table & Banter Hospitality.
Rocco's career began with a culinary internship at Trump National Golf Course, followed by roles as Captain/Shift Supervisor at the Bernards Inn and Assistant General Manager and Events Director at Jockey Hollow Bar and Kitchen. He then served as General Manager at Grain and Cane before becoming the Food and Beverage Director for Table & Banter.
Rocco holds a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management and an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America. His formal education, combined with his extensive experience, allows him to create exceptional dining experiences that make people happy and showcase his love for good food and drinks.
Rocco's enthusiasm for the industry and dedication to excellence make him a key player in the success of Table & Banter Hospitality. His love for The Park is evident in every event and meal he oversees.
