With a career spanning over 35 years in the hospitality and food and beverage industries, Stephen Kilroy is the driving force behind the success of Table & Banter Hospitality. His passion for making guests feel welcomed and entertained has guided him throughout his extensive career.

Growing up on the North Shore of New England, Steve honed his skills in high-end catering and hospitality, working alongside acclaimed chefs and in boutique resort hotels. He earned degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel Management from Johnson & Wales University, laying a strong foundation for his career. Steve's professional journey includes key roles with renowned hotel brands such as Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Shula’s Steak House, and the South Hampton Beach Resort Bermuda. He spent 12 years with Davidson Hotels & Resorts, where he directed resort events, developed food and beverage concepts, and enhanced customer dining experiences.

When approached by The Connell Company, Stephen was inspired by their vision for The Park—a hospitality-driven ecosystem promoting work/life balance. His leadership has been pivotal in assembling expert culinary teams and developing innovative concepts, ensuring The Park and Table & Banter offer unparalleled culinary, health and wellness, and work experiences.
